Nadine Oppenheim

My driving force is curiosity. I love exploring new topics, broadening my horizons, connecting the dots with newly gained insights, and exploring the spaces in between. As an empathetic communicator with over 15 years of experience, I focus on the narratives and perceptions of target groups. I expanded my toolbox through a Master of Arts in Digital Management at Hyper Island in conjunction with Teesside University, specializing in design thinking, team development, business model development, and innovation management. At ZHAW IAP, I also
studied change management, organizational development, and psychology.

I am oriented towards the countless KS of the 21st century, as defined, among other things, and which have now been supplemented by other KS:

You are our be-all and end-all, your customers extend to the Z.

The Pin-Point Workshop with LEGO® Serious Play® and other methods combines creative problem solving and teamwork through building LEGO® models or tactile thinking. It is suitable for teams of different sizes and offers space for a variety of questions. The LEGO® Serious Play® workshop begins with simple exercises and promotes thinking in metaphors and storytelling. Each participant creates individual models that can later be combined into a common group model and expanded into entire systems.
