Initial situation

Development of a new team structure for parts of the HR department to support the agile corporate organization with 30 participants across all time zones.

Implementation

A 4-hour remote workshop with 30 team members from around the world. Application of the LEGO® Serious Play® methodology and the MIRO board to develop a new team structure suitable for an agile working environment.
