You can subscribe to our mailing list via the service. If you do so, we collect the following information (hereinafter “mailing data”):

With your registration you agree that we may use your personal data for e-marketing purposes such as sending e-mails with advertising or marketing content newsletters), sending invitations to events or for customer-specific advertising. You can revoke your consent at any time and unsubscribe from all our marketing campaigns at any time by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link that you will find at the end of each of our mailings.
For the technical processing of our e-marketing activities we use www.mailchimp.com (hereinafter “Mailchimp”). Mailchimp is an online marketing platform which is operated by The Rocket Science Group LLC. For the purpose of our e-marketing activities we need to transfer certain personal data to Mailchimp. But we limit the scope as much as possible and only transfer the mailing data.
We may commission third party service providers to monitor and analyse the use of our service.

10. Links to other websites and our social media presence
Our service may contain links to other websites, including social media platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn, etc., which are not operated by us. If you click on such a third party link, you will be directed to the website of the third party in question. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of each website you visit.
We have no control over the content, privacy policies and practices of third party websites or services and accept no liability in this regard.
11. Privacy of minors
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information about minors. If you are a parent or guardian and you become aware that an underage person under your supervision has provided us with personal information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a minor without parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.
