By using creative methods, especially the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method, we can test developed strategies for their resilience. Different system influences are simulated and analyzed in order to understand how different scenarios affect the strategy. This playful but profound approach makes it possible to identify potential risks at an early stage and to refine strategies so that they can survive successfully even in complex and changing environments.
