Cultural development BridgeBio

BridgeBio is in an active growth phase. With more people, more locations, and greater complexity, scale-ups inevitably face the question: What defines us, and how do we ensure that this remains true tomorrow? Culture cannot simply be scaled; it must be consciously cultivated.

Restructuring with LSP

A department at Georg Fischer underwent a restructuring. New responsibilities, changed processes, open questions: In such moments, uncertainty easily arises about where things are headed and what that specifically means for one's own work.

Employee interviews using tactile methods

Conversations between vocational trainers and trainees are often challenging, especially when it comes to development, expectations, or difficult situations. Eighty vocational trainers from SV Service came together at their national conference with the aim of expanding their repertoire as leaders.

ensa First Aid for Mental Health

One hundred ensa facilitators, dedicated to workplace mental health, exchanged ideas at the national instructors' day. The central question was: How do you talk about difficult topics when the working world is becoming increasingly digital and fast-paced, and human connection is becoming increasingly technical?

Golden Circle

An NGO working in the asylum and integration sector operates in various departments. This leads to differing opinions among staff and results in unclear external communication. Consequently, stakeholders and staff have different understandings of the organization's mission and priorities. This leads to communication gaps and a lack of coherence in daily operations. Thirteen people from all departments participated in the workshop.

In a community there was a need for an exchange on sensitive topics on which the members did not agree.

BridgeBio

Nadine organized an evening of LEGO Serious Play, where she carefully divided groups into groups to encourage and facilitate conversation using LEGO. Nadine meticulously prepared the event, assembled a fantastic team of facilitators, and then led the evening confidently, personably, and with humor.

The members’ feedback on the design and management of the event was accordingly very positive.

Working with Nadine was extremely pleasant and supportive for the clients from A to Z.

Thank you Nadine!

RR

Worked with Nadine and her team organizing a Lego Team building – Cross Functional Activity for 200 people. During the time working together, Nadine demonstrated a high level of effort and dedication to completing the challenging task at hand. One thing that stood out to me was how open she was to hearing our ideas and feedback and incorporating them into the planning. I would recommend working with Nadine and trusting her expertise in organizing team building activities with Lego Serious Play. Thank you for your hard work Nadine and team!

Andrea Herrera

We booked Nadine for two workshops on empowerment with Lego® Serious Play®. The preparation went smoothly and Nadine was great at responding to our needs and tailoring the workshop for us. The implementation also went smoothly; Nadine gave us a very good understanding of the methodology in theory and practice. We can only recommend Nadine as a workshop moderator for Lego® Serious Play®.

Putting together a remote workshop format with tactile thinking was a great concept, executed with precision. I appreciated the good quality of the moderators for our large international group. The results were good for the complex challenge we set ourselves.
