Founder and managing director of Pin-Point Consulting

Nadine Oppenheim

My driving force is curiosity. I love exploring new topics, broadening my horizons and connecting the dots with the newly created insights. As an empathetic communication person with over 15 years of experience, I deal with the narrative. I expanded my toolbox through a Master of Arts in Digital Management at Hyper Island together with Teesside University through design thinking, team development, business model development and innovation management and dealt with change management, organizational development and psychology at the ZHAW IAP.

I am guided by the 4 Cs of the 21st century, as defined by the World Economic Forum (WEF) and which have now been supplemented by further Cs:
Critical thinking

Creativity

You are our be-all and end-all, your customers extend to the Z.

The Pin-Point Workshop with LEGO® Serious Play® and other methods combines creative problem solving and teamwork through building LEGO® models or tactile thinking. It is suitable for teams of different sizes and offers space for a variety of questions. The LEGO® Serious Play® workshop begins with simple exercises and promotes thinking in metaphors and storytelling. Each participant creates individual models that can later be combined into a common group model and expanded into entire systems.
