Management and project team consulting, creativity and design workshops, to develop measures that are effective and strongly involve employees, so that the measures are supported and the new company values ​​are lived.

Three creativity workshops and twelve LEGO® Serious Play® workshops were held with all employees in the company to ensure that the values ​​were understood and practiced in everyday work. The feedback from employees was very positive, with many appreciating the initiatives.
