Worked with Nadine and her team organizing a Lego Team building - Cross Functional Activity for 200 people. During the time working together, Nadine demonstrated a high level of effort and dedication to completing the challenging task at hand. Workshop philosophy

Initial situation

Annual kick-off meeting of all employees. The aim was an interactive exchange on company values across departmental boundaries.

Implementation

A 2-hour LEGO® Serious Play® workshop with 200 participants from the international Beekeeper Crew to embed the values among the employees and to enable them to engage with the values.

LEGO® models representing the company's values, as well as collaborative models illustrating what these values mean to participants in their daily lives. The focus is on fostering enjoyment of cross-departmental exchange and the individual connection participants make with the company's values.
