Worked with Nadine and her team organizing a Lego Team building - Cross Functional Activity for 200 people. Workshop philosophy

Initial situation

Annual kick-off meeting for all employees. What was desired was an interactive exchange on company values across departmental boundaries.

Implementation

2-hour LEGO® Serious Play® workshop with 200 participants from the international Beekeeper crew to anchor the values among the employees and enable an examination of the values.

LEGO® models with the values as well as shared models of what the values mean for the participants in their everyday lives. Enjoy the cross-departmental exchange as well as the individual connection of the participants with the company values.
