Workshop philosophy

Initial situation

BridgeBio is in an active growth phase. With more people, more locations, and greater complexity, scale-ups inevitably face the question: What defines us, and how do we ensure that this remains true tomorrow? Culture cannot simply be scaled; it must be consciously cultivated.

Implementation

In a workshop with 30 people from different countries and cultural backgrounds, we jointly explored which elements of the existing culture are sustainable for the next stage of growth. Across linguistic and national boundaries, a shared understanding emerged of what holds the organization together and what it wants to build upon.

The participants jointly identified the cultural pillars that should support growth. What began as an abstract question became a concrete, shared understanding that everyone took away, regardless of where they had come from.
