Workshop Code of Conduct

The workshop was conducted with 100 participants from Switzerland, who were divided into subgroups.

Workshop philosophy

Initial situation

For the economics education weeks at upper secondary schools, a uniform pattern of behavior is expected from the volunteer coaches, the volunteers, of the week, which should be based on a jointly developed code of conduct.

Implementation

Interactive workshop with the 100 participating volunteers (coaches) in different exchange formats to play through the scenarios and discuss and internalize the behaviors together.

The coaches are seen as delegates of wirtschaftsbildung.ch and adhere to the Code of Conduct. This remains the case two years after the workshop.
