FIFA Elite Women's Football

A top-level team from the field of women's football met for a joint working day. In addition to the further development of their skills, they also discussed how a team at this level can grow together and think in the same direction.

The workshop, with eight participants, was divided into two parts: team building and business development. In addition to LEGO Serious Play, other methods were used to facilitate the transition between personal reflection and strategic work. The two parts were interconnected: a team that understands each other develops better ideas.

The day created a common ground, both personally and professionally. The combination of teamwork and strategic development demonstrated that the two don't have to be separate. Designing and facilitating the workshop together with Kelly Simmons was a unique experience.
