Those active in many areas risk appearing vague to the outside world and talking past each other internally. For an NGO working in the asylum and integration sector, this was precisely the challenge: a lot of commitment, but no common language.
We changed that in an intensive workshop day. Thirteen people from different departments worked together to define what the organization stands for, how it thinks, and what that means for their daily work. What follows is just as important as the day itself: a guided process that ensures the work doesn't just stay on the flipchart, but becomes tangible for donors, those supported, and employees.
