Initial situation

Anchoring the strategy in top management. Product development to integrate sustainability into your product portfolio.

Implementation

A 5-hour workshop with 70 members of management used the LEGO® Serious Play® method and Design Thinking. Six groups worked in parallel with facilitators on the strategy and integration of sustainability into the product portfolio.

result

Reaffirmation of the overall strategy. Development of a set of ideas for improving sustainability aspects in the products and development of new product ideas. Prototypes were exchanged and next steps defined.
