Anchoring the strategy in top management. Product development to integrate sustainability into your product portfolio.

Implementation

5-hour workshop with 70 management members using the LEGO® Serious Play® method and design thinking. 6 groups worked in parallel with facilitators on the strategy and the integration of sustainability in the product portfolio.

result

Re-anchoring the overall strategy. Development of a bundle of ideas to improve sustainable aspects in the products and development of new product ideas. Prototypes were exchanged and next steps were defined.
