Workshop philosophy

Initial situation

A department at Georg Fischer underwent a restructuring. New responsibilities, changed processes, open questions: In such moments, uncertainty easily arises about where things are headed and what that specifically means for one's own work.

Implementation

In a one-day LEGO Serious Play workshop with eight participants, we collaboratively developed a vision of the new reality. Building and discussing models made expectations, interfaces, and workflows visible and negotiable. What was previously abstract took shape.

The group left the day with a shared understanding of the new structure and the processes. Participant feedback was consistently positive.
